“Perfect.”
Very clean room, right in the centre of stobrec, restaurants, shops and the beach all within walking distance. Just a 30 minute bus journey into the hustle and bustle of split city centre. The owner was on hand to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

“Perfect apartment for couples”
The rom was clean and perfectly located near restaurants and cafes and the beach. The owner was so helpful and cleared the BBQ area for us to use despite it being early in the season and us booking very last minute.

Everything was perfect; the apartment was big enough for a small family. You will find everything near you and not far from the beach at all. We will absolutely do it again.

“A perfect place to stay!”
Everything ! Location was absolutely perfect! 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach in Split, 1 min walk to supermarket and coffee shops, 1 min to a bus station. Room was very comfortable and really clean. Private parking provided. Zeljko , the host is very helpful and does his best to make our stay great. I enjoyed the experience and recommend to all of you who are thinking on booking this place !

It is a very good option for a short stay like ours, we only spent two nights there and it provides you with all the basic things you need. The location is very good, the beach is very near, tons of bars, restaurants and bakeries in the area. The apartment is clean. The host is very respectful and helpful.

“Fair”
The price is good if you want to be near split but not pay insane amounts. The room looked tidy and was clean + recently renovated it seemed. The parking was nice (free).

The host was very friendly and the apartment was clean. The AC in all rooms was definitely appreciated! If you are traveling with a motorbike like we did you can park it directly outside of the front door which is very convenient!

“Outstanding experience”
The host was very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for quick trips to the beach and the local stores and restaurants were good. Even transportation to Split was quite cheap and effortless. The apartment was very clean and the AC in every room really elevated the experience. Can't honestly complain about anything. Great place to book for 4-6 people.
