This is a lovely apartment in a quiet area but only a 15 minute easy walk to the hustle and bustle of Split and 10 mins to the marina area. The additional toilet was a bonus for us! There is everything you need with bits and pieces left my other guests such as condiments, cooking oil etc plus toiletries/detergent which was useful. Nice shady balcony with seaview. Good shower. When going out instead of going up the steps we went down the steps to the next road down - turn left to get to Split (supermarket just at the end of this street) or for the marina/Jadran beach cross the road down the hill. For Marjan Forest you are up the steps and up the road on the left - its not far to the entrance - around 10 mins walk and its worth climbing all the steps for the views!

Modern and clean accommodation. Beautiful view. Quiet but still close to Prominade and beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Hosts helped us to book a taxi. Very helpful. We will give it more than 100% rating. The best accommodation we had past four weeks in Europe! 🥳

Nice location in a quiet area, near Marjan hill walks and downtown restaurants & sights (~10 min walk). Apartment was quite neat , spacious and well equipped; we enjoyed our 5-day stay. There are also beaches down the way, about similar short walk as to downtown.

It was perfect, fully equipped, comfortable. Really good location.

The accommodation is close to the old town and several beaches. There are several balconies with a sea view. It has everything you need for a vacation: comfortable bed, two air conditioners, one in the bedroom, one in the living room, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The host is very communicative, responds quickly, it was easy to get into the apartment.

“A serene sea view getaway”

Staying at this apartment was delightful experience. The see view from balcony is absolutely amazing. The apparent is cozy, spacious and well-furnished with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the beach is the highlight there is a walking trail which leads to the beach. The parking situation is convenient there are free available parking spots in front of the building which saves you a lot of time.

The apartment is located in a building that looks a little bit worn off, but don‘t let it fool you! Inside, the apartment is renovated and the furniture is brand new. When we arrived, everything was so extremely clean and tidy that you instantly felt at home. We received all necessary instructions from our host via WhatsApp and she was very nice. :) All appliances you need can be found in the apartment. The closest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away, you can reach the Riva and Old town centre in approximately 15 minutes walking distance. One of the most beautiful beaches, Jezinac Beach, is also only 10-15 minutes away by walk. All in all, we highly recommend to book this apartment and we will definitely be back if we ever should stay in Split again.

The apartment is absolutely lovely. It's super clean and equipped with everything you'd expect to find at home, so you'll feel right at home. There's a large balcony with a partial view of the sea, and parking is available right in front of the house. Even though we didn't meet Ela in person, we could rely on her at all times. She is extremely responsive and helpful. You'll find a short introduction to Split, along with lots of useful information about the town and the best places to visit, as well as recommendations for dining and drinks. We visited some of the places recommended and they were definitely worth it, covering the places we had researched and wanted to try. The town center is a 20-minute walk away. There are two supermarkets within a 4-minute walk, and the first restaurants (konobas) are just 10 minutes away. The apartment and the surrounding area are quiet and safe. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious (there are 2 toilets!). I travel a lot, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in, and definitely the best in Croatia.

Quiet location, 10-15min from the city center. Semi sea view (still nice), sunny balcony during the day. Clean, spacious apartment with everything you may need for both shorter and longer stay. First floor, no lift. Overall an apartment I would definitely recommend.

Great location. Very clean, modern, comfortable apartment. The owners have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay.. Easy check in with all the information needed. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when contacted. We will definately stay here again when visiting Split and recommend to others.

The house is a bit shabby from the outside, but don't let that put you off. The apartment exceeded our expectations in everything. I already liked it from the pictures, but in reality it is even more beautiful and very comfortable. There wasn't a thing that if I thought I needed it, I couldn't find it somewhere. The whole apartment was beautifully clean. The view from the balcony is very nice, you can see the sea quite well. The air conditioning in the apartment was excellent. You could park in front of the building, we always found a parking space. There are several shops within a five-minute walk. The coast is very close, a beautiful beach can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The city center is also a few minutes away, the location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything is nearby. We stayed three nights, but I was sorry to leave. I definitely recommend the accommodation, if we were to travel to Split, I would choose it again anytime.

Lovely apt! The building might look old from the outside, but the apt was clearly renovated recently and it’s just beautiful! Everything works perfectly, just a few minutes from the city center, it was the perfect place for our trip to Split. Owners left a folder with a lot of useful info, which we really appreciated!
