Very nice apt, - small but with all the necessary things in the kitchen. Car parking is nearby, sometimes a problem finding the place. We did not expect any drinks for welcome, but found water, Fanta for welcome. Very helpful. Besides, the host was very helpful with changes in our plans (due to flight changes) - thanks again. 15 min walk from Dionizos palace, the Archeological museum on the way (5 min.)

Nice modern and well equipped within easy walking distance to Split old town

The host was really nice and helpful during our hole stay. She even left beverages, snacks and toys for our little girl! The apartment is everything you need, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, you have free parking and you can easily walk to the touristic area. Highly recommend!!

Great location! 15 minutes walk to the Old City. Lucia was extremely helpful and always in touch. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed linen and towels are immaculate. Hot water is always enough, air conditioner keeps you cool even on very hot days. There were some welcoming drinks, and we discovered great local wine which we enjoyed during our stay. Felt like home!

Everything was great, Lucia the host was really quick to respond to any question, she also left us some drinks and coffee. It's great location, 15min walk from the city centre and 20min walk to beautiful beach.

I was very satisfied, the accommodation was comfortable and equipped with everything necessary, parking without any problems, I recommend it.

I highly recommend this place. Very good location, you can reach in short walking distance the old town, the beach, restaurants, there are also grocery stores nearby and public transportation stop. The apartment is so cozy, with great amenities, very clean and with a beautiful view. Communication with the host is excellent.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped.The bed and sofa was super comfy. The host was very friendly and communicated patiently throughout our entire stay.Even Lucia was so prompt and kind enough to inform us that my husband left behind a Shirt during checkout and kept it in a safe box for us to pickup.The fridge was equipped with some food and drinks.

The appartment was very well equipped, clean and very well located, 10 minutes on foot from the old town. The owner Lucia was very kind, helpfull. The kitchen was very compact, we hade coffee for free also for 1 week.

Amazing apartment 20 mins walk from Diocletian's Palace. Easy to find, with plenty of free parking. Immaculately clean and had everything you need for a short stay. We were welcomed with some wine and milk in the fridge which was amazimg after a long day driving! Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
