Comfy little apartment right in a car park that looks like a container from the outside. Once inside it’s a lovely studio and provides everything we need. Owners are lovely people.

“The best of the best”

Probably the best apartment in Split. The apartment is in a parking lot, right on the border of the socialist part of the city and the old town, hence very conveniently located, out of the busy area but close enough to everything of interest. It's a very cute apartment that has everything one can wish for. The owners are so so friendly too!! They provided a parking space for us for the day we had a car. The kitchen has everything, including some complimentary products the host gave us. The bathroom is very adequate, I don't get how others complain about its size. It has a laundry machine that guests can use, and cloths hang out to dry in the window. We really loved this apartment and will come back next time we're in Split!

The accommodation is much more than an apartment: it’s a lovely, self contained house! Perfectly situated away from the huddle and bustle of the Main Street, but within 5 minutes walk of every tourist attraction. Beautifully clean and very well appointed. Everything you need is there.

“Cosy apartment next to the centre of Split”

Very suitably located within walking distance from the city centre, it has a parking space available right in front of the apartment. The host Antonio was at all times attentive, even at our late check-in on a working day, providing clear instructions before arrival and various recommendations on local attractions and food. The apartment was very cosy and fully equipped, showing great attention to detail and thoughtfulness towards the needs of any visitor.

A great localisation - no need to take a taxi. A parking place (even though this time we did not need to ude it). The room was equipped with everyting we needed. The host was helpful and amiable

Cozy, little apartment but has everything that you need. Close to the city centre and supermarkets. Our host Antonio was fantastic. He reached out to us by phone and welcomed us to the apartment even though we arrived quite late. Also, we could text him if we needed anything and we received some great recommendations from him.

Our host was very welcoming. He spoke fluent English and gave us restaurant recommendations. The house was clean and well furnished. We were at a 15 minutes walking distance of everything we needed.

everything went easy and alright, no surprises. The apt is located in the middle of a parking place but you have a private spot (unless someone takes it)

Location is excellent, just a 5min walk and you are at split center. In 15mins you are at the ferry terminal. Apartment is a bit tricky to find as it is in the middle of a parking area, but the host provided a video which was of great help. Parking is in front of the apartment which is a huge bonus as split is quite packed with cars. It is very quiet inside, rest was not an issue.

The location is just perfect! Not in the middle of central chaos and everything very close by and walkable in minutes. It has free parking which is very rare for the city. The flat was comfortable and has everything you need to feel like home! The best was Antonio the host who was very flexible with our stay, super friendly and gave great tips. Thanks for making the stay so lovely!
