“Everything is great”

Extremely pleasant experience. These apartments are very clean, and there was absolutely everything you need. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, kitchen fully equipped with everything for cooking. We liked the terrace with an umbrella and a table, barbecue area. Location - 10 minutes walk to the beach, we found a place with a wonderful entrance to the water. The beaches are incredible, very quiet. Overall we were satisfied

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable good communication with provider. Nice gesture of leaving sweets and fortified wine. Check in straight forward. 10 minute uber drive to lovely city of Split.

Location was handy for the beach and restaurant right opposite . Nice walk to harbour . We were only there one night but the cooking washing facilities were brand new and immaculate . All very welcoming

“Secluded, quiet place outside of Split”

Very clean, nice little terrace, very quiet. Good restaurant nearby, pebbled beach with Cafés in walking distance, nice little marina close by. By bus to Split ca 40 minutes. Nice to come home to a secluded place after a busy day in Split.

The apartment was very comfortable and absolutely spotless. The owners are very approachable and helpful. We had a great stay here! Will definitely come back! 😍

Seamless check in, close to a beach, and THE best restaurant in Split.

The house was very clean. There is a very nice beach near to this place, which one can go by walking. The house is situated in a residential area, so it is very quite. There is a restaurant located direct opposite to the house. The owned had kept toys for my baby and also arranged a baby crib. Overall we really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely comeback.

The apartment is very well equipped and very nice and clean. It comes with a terrace and a nice garden where you can enjoy morning and evening time. We have received some drinks at the arrival which is very thoughtful.

“Home, sweet home...”

I'd like to start from ... the end. Would we like to return? Yes, absolutely. Now. ...And well we have already planned to go back there with our three children, maybe to a bigger apartment. This particular apartment is a little hidden gem thanks to the job of the Matea moms and to the  Matea management. The choice of colors and the interiors are designed carefully to make you feel good, welcomed, and in full relaxation. A bottle of cherry liqueur and candies as a welcome...The silence is perfect, the small garden is a peaceful oasis at any time of day or night. The small kitchen is very well organized and full of everything that is necessary... You have to make an effort to use all the accessories and tools available. I enjoyed cooking while listening to good music and having dinner in the garden: crickets, roses, the beautiful sky, the silence, a bottle of Chianti, paella ..and a hungry and smiling wife ... What else do you need to understand that it is really good to stay there?
