We had a great time in Flora & Andrea's place. The house was perfect for our needs, and the village Splillia is charming & quite. But above all was the chance to meet this lovely couple, to see them working in their garden, to watch Andrea making his traditional and excellent "Zivania"(alcoholic drink made from plums), and other delicious liquors, and to hear his stories about their life. We also had one perfect breakfast(with extra charge, but really worse it). Thank you very much!! Hope to come and visit again soon. Yasmin, Gilad, Yaara &Hillel.

Our stay at Flora's house was far beyond just "very good and comfortable." It was, as they say these days, a cultural experience. Highlights of our stay included: - Fantastic local meals cooked by Flora—both dinners and breakfasts. - The opportunity to light a fire in the fireplace, adding a cozy charm. - Exceptional wine from Andreas' local winery (we couldn’t resist taking a few bottles home). - Fresh, tranquil mornings and the ability to walk well-marked mountain trails. - An exceptionally warm welcome and engaging conversations with Andreas and Flora, whether over Greek coffee or during other moments of connection. Andreas, a former school physics teacher and principal, now runs a small farm and winery while also writing books—a truly inspiring individual. Flora charmed us with her sunny demeanor, exceptional cooking, and thoughtful care, making us feel right at home. On the "very good and comfortable" side: the house is modern, with flawlessly functioning facilities, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the living room with the fireplace and the terrace. As many reviewers noted, the property is even better than the pictures. We sincerely hope our paths with Andreas and Flora cross again—it was an experience we’ll treasure.

Thanks to the Floras Apartment we had an amazing weekend! Very calm and cute mountain village, beautiful house with own winery and well-groomed garden, and of course super warm, kind and friendly owners – made our trip unforgettable and so pleasant! We tasted a variety of wines and liqueurs as well as homemade eggs and tomatoes! Tried, I think, the best Cyprus breakfast with homemade bread and had an informative excursion among Andreas’s winery. The location of the village is not far from the main Troodos sights: waterfalls, trails, parks, etc. A big advantage for us was pet-friendly owners! Because of this, our dog had the best walks in her life! The only problem was that we were sad to leave that wonderful place. Hope that we will return there soon and will have more time to spend there.If you like a friendly attitude, fresh air, a calm and silent place to rest and sleep, and local Cyprus flavor – it is one of the best choices for you! Both the location and the facilities meet and exceed our expectations. Both Mr Andreas and Mrs Flora are amazing hosts, they immediately make you feel welcome and they treat you as a relative more than a guest. It was an amazing experience to invite as help them with their activities, like zivania production and cooking. Don't miss the opportunity know them better, Mr Andreas was a Physics teacher and today a very active writer among other.

“Excellent stay with wonderful, warmhearted local hosts”

Our stay at Flora's house was one of the highlights during our vacation in Cyprus. Andreas and Flora are wonderful, warmhearted hosts who were always available whenever we needed any help or advice. My wife celebrated her birthday during the second day and they provided not only a sumptuous breakfast but also cooked just for the two us a really delicious candlelight dinner of traditional cyprian food using local ingredients - partly from their own garden and winery. The communication was great: during our conversations we learned a bit about the history and culture of the island but had our privacy in the apartment whenever we wanted. The location is excellent for exploring the mountains and we also liked the many cats wandering around the house. Overall we can warmly recommend staying at Flora's house and will book it again ourselves in case we travel to Cyprus another time.

“The best stay in Cyprus mountains”

It's a true gem. The place looks a way better that on photos. The hosts Andreas and Flora was very kind, polite and hospitable. They provided cyprus coffee, fruits and herbs from their garden for free. Breakfast is for additional payment but it's totally worth it.
