“Do not book this hotel!”

I booked 3-4 June and then my meetings pushed one days before. I booked on 29 May and on 30th May asked booking dot com to change they replied I need to ask the property. I called the hotel and the woman told me she was changing my reservations. I flew on 2nd June landed and called and the same woman completely refused, she was extremely rude and it was extremely unpleasant for me and my partner. They did not refund a penny, did not adjust us else where. Worst experience ever.

Very small bathroom. Toilet was in a very small corner . Noise of airplanes taking off until after midnight

Great shuttle service, lovely staff and quiet location. Perfect for a short stopover, but far from public transportation. Rooms are very clean but small, no water bottle although appreciated kettle and mugs. It's a very quiet location where just similar few hotels are located, but due to very poor insulation you can hear every plane taking off and your neibourgh sneezing. If you have light sleep this is the hardest part. Allover recommended due to free transporation. Very easy to order great food from Artemis town with quick and free delivery.

“Our stay was comfortable but the shuttle service is not convenient enough once an hour .”

We had to wait almost an hour before being picked up. The pick up and return is only once an hour on the hour which we were not aware of when we booked. The room is modern, bright and clean . There is coffee and tea. Nothing else to eat or drink available on the premises.

Shuttlebus which brought me to the airport very early in the morning. Nice staf!

The owner of the place was easy to access and communication was clear. Additionally, helped out reserving restaurant and booking the ride.

Great service, doesn’t matter if it’s 3 in the morning, they make transfers happen. Very new , clean and tidy. Also arrangement with local beach restaurant works well. They will pick you up and drop you back after a feed and even give time for a walk along the beach. Great food as well. Highly recommend.
