We had a very pleasant stay at Lykourgou 10. The host, Mike was extremely friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and spoke excellent English, which made everything smooth from check-in to local advice. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The balcony is a real plus and a lovely place to relax. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet it’s a great base for visiting the historical sites of Sparta and Mystras. We also really appreciated the good restaurant recommendations we received—they made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you for having us!

A fantastic apartment on the edge of town so arriving and parking are super easy. The apartment is well furnished and well equipped with basics supplied in the kitchen. It's huge, so good for longer stays as you can spread out. The outside space is also large but we didn't get to use it due to bad weather. It's at the top (4th floor) but there is a lift.

The location is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very spacious and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The decoration is tasteful and thoughtfully done. The kitchen is very well equipped, and even spices are provided. The host was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The apartment is large, bright, clean and very comfortable. Very convenient for the Ktel bus station and also close to the centre with all the bars and restaurants. There are 2 large balconies where you can sit and enjoy the scenery of the mountains. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The apartment we had the pleasure of staying in exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and equipped with every possible amenity. Everything we needed was there, just like at home. The host was extremely kind and very helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Super location on city limit, green, quiet, parking in front of the house. Comfortable apartment, super clean, 2 balcony and good price. Mike is a very heartfelt landlord and gives good recommendations for eating!

It was pleasant to have so much space, a kitchen and a washing machine. We enjoyed the balcony for eating. Host, Mike, was very helpful showing us around the apartment and pointing out how to use the washer and to be wary of the hot water. He also made some restaurant suggestions. Parking was right outside the door. If you are traveling by bus, the station is right across the street. You can stroll into the centre of town in about 15 minutes. We recommend this accommodation for couples or a family of 4.

Great stay in a wonderful apartment. Mike the owner gave us excellent recommendations on sites, restaurants etc... Apartment is cosy, quiet but only minutes away from the city center. Great to visit Mystras, too. Thanks Mike for this extraordinary stay!

Everything you could possibly need can be found in this apartment on the 4th floor. From washing machine to fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Your temporary home is spacious with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, including the mighty Taygetos with its snow peaks. Both from your living room and from the huge balcony where the sun shines in in the morning. You feel like the king staying in this apartment. Then a note about the very friendly pleasant owner Mike with whom you can have an interesting conversation if you want. Again our sincere thanks for everything!

“Superb very well appointed apartment - great host!!”

This is a fantastic apartment complete with every facility you could possibly ask for. We were in the middle of a long road trip of the Peloponnese and so welcomed the washing machine and balcony to dry our clothes before travelling onwards. The host was so friendly and informative, he couldn't have been more helpful, providing us with recommendations for a restaurant in the evening. Everything was planned with the guest's needs in mind, including a fridge containing bottled water and breakfast supplies, plus tea & coffee. And even washing powder for the washing machine! The host lives in another apartment in the building and so is on hand if needed. The whole apartment was immaculate and the furnishings very comfortable and well appointed.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen and fridge were nicely stocked with complementary stuff. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host had lovely recommendations for the city, we very much enjoyed the restaurant he told us about. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
