“Home away from home”

One of the best guesthouses we've ever stayed in. Perfectly prepared for guests, clean and welcoming, it has everything one would expect or need, and more. Emmy and her husband are very gracious, generous, helpful and at the same time unintrusive hosts. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything works. Bathroom amenities and hairdryer provided. Heating was still partly necessary in April and worked perfectly. You do your own cleaning and all necessary appliances and supplies are provided. We also enjoyed being able to sit in the garden and being able to park our car comfortably on the property was a big plus as well.

“Perfect spacious, spotless and quiet apartment in excellent location”

We travel a lot and this was our 51st accommodation this year and this tops them all. Very good location, a five minute drive into Sparti with its supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and anything you may need and a 2km walk to one of the first hikes in the area or 3km into the delightful village of Mystras. The apartment is so well thought out with everything you could need. Great kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, sharp knives. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and glasses. Easy to cook and prepare food with some essentials supplied, even butter and OJ and a fresh baked loaf. Very spacious and comfortable dining area and lounge with large screen TV. Breakfast bar, outside seating, parking for car. Garden to relax in. You can see the ancient town of Mystras from the garden and the mountain range. Everything supplied to do washing and ironing. Large comfortable bed in main bedroom with good quality linen. Very good shower and spacious bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom and smaller shower room. Wifi was good. Finally, even though it was quite hot mid September during the day, we didn’t use the aircon at all as the apartment was cool. The effort by owners Emmy and Theo is outstanding and they are on site for any questions and both speak fluent English. We will definitely return.

This was a wonderful apartment with everything you could imagine provided for you. Also, there was home baked bread waiting for us and Emmy also baked some biscuits for us. There was jam, honey, butter, coffee, tea, sugar....provided which lasted the two of us for three days, plus some left over. The garden is a wonderful spot to have breakfast and enjoy an evening drink and meal in summer weather. The bed is comfortable and the living area is open and spacious and the apartment is very close to Mystras and Sparti. Emmy and Theo were both very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic apartment with access to a garden at a great location half way between Mystras and Sparti. I have only good things to say about the property or our lovely hosts. The house was comfortable and impeccably clean, with a wonderful attention to detail. There was more than enough space for a family or group. The two full baths and functional kitchen were extremely convenient, and we had a hard time choosing if we preferred to sit in the spacious living room or in the well kept garden under the stars. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and greeted us with freshly baked bread and coffee. Having seen from our booking that we were travelling with a baby, they prepared a cot and a high chair as well. They even offered us a free late checkout which was a great convenience after a morning of hiking and walking around the nearby archeological site. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

This is an outstanding base to visit Sparti and Mystras. Everything you could possibly want is provided, and everything is to the highest standard. The hosts are so charming and we had fresh produce from the garden. There is a grove of very old olive trees alongside.

Me and my wife stayed at Emmy's for 3 nights while visiting Mystras and Sparti. It's a really nice house located at the countryside, ideal for cycling or hiking. The interior of the house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed having our breakfast at the garden, a perfect start of our day 😁. Emmy was very friendly, open and she was there for anything we needed. We will definitely visit her again 😁

The guesthouse was perfect! It had everything that we would need for our staying. The decoration of the house is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden, in such a peaceful area! We had also view of Mystras castle. The owners were very friendly and helpful! I would totally recommend it!

The property was very comfortable, big with nice furniture and an outdoor space which was great for the kids. The owners were very friendly and they have paid attention to the details. We really enjoyed staying in this property and it will be our top choice if we visit this region again.
