“Great stay for Spartanburg”

The lady who greeted and checked us in was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and well kept. Workout room was great for hotel. Breakfast was outstanding.

The staff, every one of them, were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, area clean and food warm and tasty. Bed very comfortable.

The bed we had (King) was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was also in a good location; however, that could be offset by the fact that it was also very close to the highway and the sound proofing from outside was very poor.

“Disappointing”

I have been staying at this Hampton Inn for years and this was the worst experience I've had. I reserved a double room several weeks ago but when I checked in at 3:00 pm, there was no double room available and the only thing they could offer was a King handicap room. When I tried to use the TV, the remote control wouldn't work. I went to the front desk and they gave me another. That one didn't work either and after several more attempts, they sent the maintenance man who got one of them to work.

When entering you are welcomed by the staff. The overall appearance is very nice. I was put in a room that unfortunately had a dirty tub and Beatle bugs on the ceiling and on the phone and in the bathroom. They immediately changed my room and apologized but it was not a big deal, it was the best nights sleep I have had in a while. The bed was so comfortable you just fall into the softness like it is a cloud. Loved It!
