“Lacks Cleanliness and has VERY Difficult Access!”

Large room. This place had so much potential. But for us, it missed the mark by a long way!

Good value for money, good location in town with plenty of parking in the nearby roads. The top apartment has nice views over the town and the kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Ideally situated 5 minutes walk from Spa town centre, 15 minutes drive to Spa Francorchamps circuit. Secure storage for bicycles. Modern and immaculate inside with big room (I stayed in studio 2).

“Very nice and clean”

Very nice and clean appartement in walking distance of the center of Spa. There is a bicycle storage room, entrance at the back with a different door code than the entrance to the appartement. There is a very clean and complete communal kitchen. With even a dish washer machine. You can prepare simple meals. The bed and the bathroom were very comfortable.

Stayed here for grand prix weekend. Great location, within walking distance of supermarket which was fab. Place was perfect for what we needed, it acted as a base for us between long days at the race track.

Central location a few minutes from the centre. Well equipped, clean and practical. Jack and Jill bathroom may not suit everyone however.

good facilities, well located. bear in mind, the kitchen is on the ground flor sheared with other guests, however it's nice, cozy and well equipped

I stayed for one night in a 2-bedroom apartment with some friends. I slept in what was probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever experienced. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. It’s centrally located yet surprisingly very quiet. Right in front of the apartment is a charming bakery that was open even during the Christmas holiday. Although we arrived later than expected and didn’t get to meet the owners, the check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Spa.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the town and the thermes. Great accommodation, with everything you need for a comfortable stay during the weekend. Very responsive and friendly host. Super comfortable beds, I slept so well!
