Very charming boutique-like villa, nicely furnished and decorated with style, big outside area with nice garden and plenty of trees, excellent and rich breakfast, perfect and quiet location not far from center of Spa.

I think 10 is not enough for this beautiful place! Everything made with so much attention to the detail! The host is super nice And the breakfast! With fresh bakery bread and croissants, tasty ham and cheese, orange juice etc Most importantly you feel there like at home

A beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by lush greenery – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – we truly felt cared for throughout our stay. Everything here creates a wonderful atmosphere – it’s not only charming but also delicious! You can clearly see that the people behind this place love what they do. We’d love to come back!

Fantastic historical building with a beautiful large garden. The hosts are very friendly and have an eye for detail The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and offered great variation, especially the chocolate rolls are very good!

“A total suprise”
This is more than a B & B. A luxurious retreat just up the hill from the hustle and bustle of the town of Spa. An easy walk to restaurants if a bit steep on the way back but a nice walk after dinner is always a bonus. There are three rooms at this establishment we had two of them. An honesty bar so we had some wine before venturing out for dinner. Breakfast was superb. Our host cooking for us as well as laying out a wonderful cold buffet. Lovely gardens to sit it and relax and all so very quiet. I would recommend this B & B without hesitation. Pure luxury.
