The landlord was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived quite late, he help us with the entrance cards and made sure we settled in comfortably. The house was spotless, with plenty of fresh towels and bed linens prepared for us. We visited in September, when not many places around were open, but the accommodation itself is in a great location — just about 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. Nearby, there’s also a small gift shop for souvenirs or swimming gear, and a mini market just down the street, which was very convenient. The property offers private parking, a terrace, a patio, and even an outdoor area with a table and chairs where you can relax. There are also washing spots outside to rinse off the sand before going inside, which we found really practical. Since we were a group of five, sharing just one bathroom felt a little crowded, and the kitchen is a bit small for larger groups, but it had everything we needed. What really made our stay special was the landlord’s hospitality. He surprised us with traditional Greek sweets during our stay, and on our arrival we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, snacks, water, toasted bread, and a wonderful selection of spreads like tzatziki, eggplant mix, and feta cheese. These thoughtful touches truly made us feel at home.

Firstly, I should say everything in the property is well arranged with a good taste. You actually feel like you a at home as there is everything available for your needs. It's a really quiet place although it is close to the main parking area of the beach. The nearby shop offers everything if you want to cook in the kitchen. I should mention the owner responded to all our questions very quickly.

Cozy suits with everything u needed. Just like in the pictures .Located in a quiet and peaceful place. Just a few minutes from the beach and supermarket The yard is large, the children enjoyed it very much, and for us there was an incredible corner where you could spend the evening. The host were very kind and hospitable. As a compliment, they had left us bottle of wine, treats, a bunch of traditional Greek salads, and the coffee was excellent. We will definitely go again!

“A trully satisfying family vacation.”

The concept of Greek hospitality is found in the faces of Petros and Sophia (the hosts). The newly renovated house they offer provides exactly what a family like ours (2 children, aged 10 and 8 respectively) needs. Vergia beach which is 2 minutes away is extremely child friendly, shallow and beautiful. We highly recommend it too if you want a base for your excursions to the rest of Halkidiki, if you are into road trips.

“Exceeded my expectations!”

What an amazing place! The location is perfect as it’s quiet, less than a two minute walk to the beach with a shop on the way with all the food/drinks you may need during your stay. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon kept the room cool when we wanted to escape the heat! I can’t even put into words how amazing the hosts were! They helped us when we needed taxi numbers, left some bits of food for us on arrival, and were quick to reply if we had a question or needed anything. I cannot recommend this place enough, it was nothing short of perfect. I’ll definitely be booking to stay again soon! P.S. you HAVE to try the tzatziki!!😉

“Amazing hosts & great location”

Our stay at this apartment was made exceptional by the amazing hosts. They were incredibly friendly, always available, and went above and beyond to fulfill every wish we had. Whether it was providing a contact for a reasonably priced boat rental or supplying every imaginable toy and equipment for our two-year-old, they had an answer for everything. While the apartment itself was a bit small for four adults and one child, this wasn't much of an issue since we spent most of our time outside. The outdoor area was fantastic, and we enjoyed all our meals outside in the pleasant surroundings. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive. It was spotless and well-stocked with plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper, and anything else we might have needed during our stay. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach yet wonderfully quiet. It was the ideal spot for a beach getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment, especially because of the outstanding hospitality of the hosts.

One other the best vacations we have ever has. The house is amazing. It is very clean with beautiful yard, it is literally 2 min from the beach . The host is the kindest person , there was heavy rain one day and he came to see if everything was alright and bring us sweets. It was a very kind gesture. I definitely recommend. 💯💯💯

Proactive and nice owner. The apartment with 2 bedrooms is in a house with 2 apartments but with separate entrance, near beach, supermarket and restaurant - 2 minutes walking distance, nice outdoor space for relaxation; flexible check out. Recommend!!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, near the sea. It was clean, stylish, rooms well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

“Relaxing stay close to ghe beach”

Exemplary greek hospitality! Special thanks to the owners who took care of our stay. We stayed in the Astre suit and were welcomed by nice greek dips, water and wine in the fridge. There is also a very nice coffee machine with good quality coffe capsules. They also brought us some local bakery sweets in the middle of our stay and some delicious treats when we were leaving. We were asked if we needed additional sheets or towels and given recommendations for places we could visit in the area. All small gestures which make a huge difference. The location is very close to the beach - literally 3 mins walking. You will find a supermarket, souvenirs shop and the bars and restaurants just around the corner on the way to the beach. The house is brand new, very clean, modern and well-equipped. Flexible check in time given the house's availability. The village itself is small and quiet which makes it very good choice for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Everything is new and clean. They brought us towels several times. They helped us organize the trip. We also received a lot of gifts (coffee, breakfast, wine). The beach near the house is phenomenal.

We had a great and relaxing holiday - all in hand,well equiped apartement,very clean and quiet. Location is only 2 min to the beach,fully stacked supermarket and a nice restaurant with fresh food. I also liked the fact that we could drive to visit many placea around- max 30 min. A really nice surprise were the owners that made sure we had cool wine and water when we arrived,tasty salads made by them and even cakes 😀. I would definitly return.
