“Charming hideaway in the woods”
Loved the peaceful location, surrounded by woods midway between the Loire and the Cher so lots of places to visit with 10 - 30 minutes drive: recommend Montrichard, Pontlevoy, Amboise. Loved the character of the house. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Picnic table directly outside was lovely for dining and breakfasting. Our hosts were lovely, even bringing in our washing when it rained while we were out.
