“Needs updated but lovely location”

This motel is situated right on the beach. The gardens and public areas were well maintained. Lots of parking. The room was big with chairs outside which was nice. There was a very nice restaurant just a ten minute walk along the road.

All rooms facing the ocean, staff was friendly. Well kept grounds.

We stayed here for a couple of days during our New England road trip and really enjoyed staying at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location is close to anything you need and perfect to seek out all the neighbouring towns and explore the Cape Cod area. Besides a nice (heated) outdoor pool it has a beautiful private beach and wonderful breeze. The outdoor shower is overlooking the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms have a kitchenette (with pots, pans, glassware etc.) and all have a view of the ocean with either a patio or balcony. The view of Nantucket Sound is awesome! Our room cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was absolutely lovely and very informative. The Surf & Sand Beach Motel is a great affordable place to stay. Thank you to all at the motel 😊

Very nicely situated, right next to the private beach which is very beautiful and clean. The rooms offer everything you need to prepare your breakfast (fridge, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery) which we had on the marvelous patio enjoying the morning sun and the sea view. The staff were very friendly and everything was very clean and well kept.

The owner Sandy was a true delight. She spent time telling us about the inn and invited us to dine at her restaurant which was fabulous as well.

I loved that we had a view of the beach, our own little patio and a screen door to enjoy the beautiful weather that we had. The rooms were very nice and updated. The grounds were beautiful.

“A Newly found diamond in the rough! We engaged in complete relaxation in aesthetic surroundings.”

Our room was exceptional, with all of the accommodations needed. Coming from NYC (Manhattan), I love that we could spread out in the space without feeling we were on top of each other. Our view of the ocean was breathtaking! The resources provided are what the Doctor prescribed, absolute R & R. Surf & Sand, where one can relax, swim in their pool, explore their premises or take a lovely walk on their private beach. My back welcomed their state-of-the-art lounge chairs where one can fully relax, gazing at the ocean and smelling the sea. Their warm and friendly staff members were attentive, accommodating & very professional. They made us feel most welcome. We also ate outside at an outstanding Italian restaurant called Skippy's overlooking the pier. Our senses were pleased. As such, we recommend anyone who can get away to enjoy the magic of "Surf & Sand!" We can't wait to return!
