Location good with easy access to south Lake Tahoe, swimming pool on site. Compared to other hotels around it was reasonable value for money.

It was in a great location near shops and beach. Only had a one night stay but you need more to explore the area,

Rooms were a great size and super comfortable, and has everything you need for a short stay. Welcome drinks were a nice touch!

Great location, close to beach and town. Nice rooms and great facilities. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Reception area very cool with fire books, games and complimentary tea/ coffee. Staff were lovely. Loved the welcome drink and the restaurant next door was very good too. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was as we expected. Having stayed a few times in this standard of hotel we were happy with our stay. The staff were excellent, courteous, friendly and efficient. Could not have asked for more.

Lovely hotel walkable to restaurants in the town. Excellent restaurant next door Definitely stay there again.

Value for money. Best location. Walkable to the main road around the shops and restaurants. Parking was also very near to room and easy. 5 mins to beach.

Had a great stay here - made use of the hot tub and the s’mores in the evening was a nice touch. Good location for walking into town and to the beach.

Amazing staff! So warm and friendly! Plus the complimentary drinks were an added bonus! Pool was amazing and the hot tub in snowy conditions just fab! Loved every single moment about staying here... the fire pits... the smores... What a place!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Station House Inn in South Lake Tahoe. Even though it was high season and the hotel was fully booked, the experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Being received with coffee, hot chocolate, and even a glass of wine sets the tone immediately — you understand that the soul of the place is truly about hospitality and connection. The staff is exceptionally attentive, warm, and thoughtful. Despite the busy season, they made us feel seen and cared for at every moment. We leave with nothing but beautiful memories from our time there as a family. It was a very special stay, and we would happily return.
