“no customer service”
The worst receptionist! We were denied check in and said booking.com did not confirm our booking with them. The lady did not show customer service at all.

“Nice hotel for Lake Tahoe.”
Staff were extremely accommodating as they allowed us a late check out the morning of. Beds were comfortable and the sleeping area of the room nicely designed. Breakfast had a decent spread.

We were bothered by noises the two nights we stayed at the hotel. First the AC seemed to be a very old type and made loud noise as its case was not fastened well with other parts, and it turned on on its own throughout the night. Then the second night some other guest' s car alarm went off several times. We did not sleep a wink.

“VERY ENJOYABLE TWO NIGHT STAY THAT ALLOWED US TO EXPLORE AROUND THE LAKE WHICH IS VERY BEAUTIFUL”
LOCATION WAS GOOD SHORT WALK TO EXCELLENT BREW PUB AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
