“It was a nightmare”

I could hear rats in the ceiling/walls, bed sheets were stained and itchy, towels were stained, the gap under the entrance door was insane, I could hear/see Elsa singing from the lake. The floors were dirty to the max, the heater didn’t work that well. The shower area ceiling was dirty. There are multiple punches on the doors and stains. I read the reviews prior to booking but the price is why I stayed for not 1 but 4 nights (my gf was not happy) *skull emoji* never again though. Also some guy said there was a black widow in his room somewhere in these reviews…. Stay away! Im not being cheap no more! P.s we only slept here and left immediately in the morning to shower at Hilton where our other friends were staying at.

“Perfect , Umesh and his wife were fantastic”
The beds were very comfy, staff were lovely to me and my friends and found it very clean ! The staff even took pictures for me and my friends. Also loads of parking available and close to everything
