The rooms were a great size, clean & comfortable. Bathroom was dated & very small, but had everything you need. Location was great for Notre Dame.

“Good value with great service people!”
We booked 3 rooms for my kid ND graduation weekend. The front desk manager is a Superman ! He seems aways working in the hotel. He is capable to solve problems. There was one car with super loud music on and parked outside of my hotel room, I waited around 12am then called front desk, a girl answered but didn’t do anything. Then I called again, it was answered by the front desk manager, he went to the car and talked to the driver for quite a while, I saw him from my window. He was nice but firm to let that driver turn the music down. I lost his business card but remember him. He speaks Spanish and smokes outside.

The bed was actually comfortable and firm. The mattress appeared new.

“Comfortable stay but not ready for full service . Need improvement. Keep working on it.”
I didn’t have breakfast. But I wanted a late night snack but the shop was locked and they didn’t have a key so no access. And the only vending machine they had was ice cream. The toilet was not mounted properly so when I sat on it it moved and was not stable. The restaurant on the property was not open.

“Horrible”
The place was being renovated & shouldn’t have been open to the public! It felt creepy like a ghost town. The lobby stunk of cigarette smoke & the lighting was dim. The man behind the counter was strange (slovenly jeans, stringy black hair) and he never made eye contact and hardly spoke. We were directed to a room at the far back of the empty complex (it felt cavernous). The sliding door in our room was corroded & didn’t open onto onto the courtyard. The courtyard was deserted with an empty swimming pool so it really didn’t matter. At 5 am the TV turned on automatically and we were also disturbed by the loud TV in the adjacent room. With the place so empty, why were we put right next to one of the only other occupants? When we finally checked out (very glad to leave) we saw one of the workers leave a room 2 down from us. Why are guests sleeping in the same rooms as the workers? This place felt like the Hotel California!!! I expected more from Ramada. I will think twice about staying at a Ramada in the future!
