“Good position, good staff, clean room”

Good position in the centre of sousse, nearby the train station, the Medina and the seaside. Very kind staff, they allow me with an earlier check in. Basic room, clean and spacious.

I really liked the hotel; it's very close to the sea, and the location is very near the town, the beach, and restaurants. I recommend booking this hotel. The stuff so nice. And most importantly, they are trustworthy.

Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. The location is very convenient, given that all points of interest for tourists can be reached by foot.

“Budget hotel in good location”

This hotel is a good budget/local option in an excellent location, within a few minutes’ walk of the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also convenient for day trips, as the louage station for places like El Jem and Kairouan was only a taxi ride away. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. When we arrived in early May, the air conditioning had not yet been switched on for the season, and the room felt quite hot. My friend is prone to heat stroke, so we contacted the owner, Taher, via WhatsApp and the AC remote was provided later that evening so we could use it. Taher also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and advice on travelling to historical sites. Overall, Taher was very responsive over WhatsApp, which we appreciated.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful on both arrival and departure (e.g., finding a spot for some breakfast). It is very well located.

A good location a few minutes walk to the medina, but also the option of the town and walking to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Fairly quite location as on pedestrian street. Nothing fancy but all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. I'd be happy to stay again as it's a good value place. Friendly staff.

It is just beside the train station. Around the corner there is café and restaurants. The room was tidy and clean. The location is slightly noisy in the evening but quieten down at night.

“Excellent price/quality ratio”

The location was superb, 1-2 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk to Sousse's medina. The room was comfortable and renovated, the radiators were working (it was surprisingly cold and rainy outside). I think you can't ask for more for a 2 star hotel. Someone from the hotel contacted me via Whatsapp asking if everything was fine. I appreciated that they take care of their customers.

“Very good choice in Sousse”

Hotel Monia is a good choice to discover Sousse. Really close to the beach and the medina, it's in the best location. The days we visited the city were really cold and rainy but the room was heated, so it was a pleasure come back to the hotel every night. They were really kind. Hotel is in a peatonal street near coffes where you can have breakfast

It was really a great value for money! A simple but clean, spacious and renovated room. All the staff from the receptionist to te cleaning ladies are welcoming and helpfull.

We stayed for 1 week, in a family room and were delighted with our stay. The hotel was perfectly located, especially for a elderly disabled person. The staff couldn't have kinder and more accomodating. We will be booking it again if/when we visit
