“So terrible we packed up the first morning and didnt go back for the second night we had paid for.”
Apartment in terrible state of repairs- peeling paint on the ceilings black mould in bathroom and cupboards in kitchen, musty smells, arrived to grotty old sponge and weird sludge in the sink, no hand towel in the bathroom, shower head broken so only hand held could be used (apparently this was reflected in the price but at nearly 100 euros a night I do not agree), no handsoap in the bathroom, house manual sent couldnt be opened so had to re contact owner to re send for key details, manual said olive oil, vinegar salt and pepper would be provided but there was none- had I known I would have bought some - we needed to cook. There was only sugar cubes and some instant coffee.Toilet paper 'provided' but it was only one small roll. No kettle so to make coffee neede to boil water in a pot, bed duvets had human hair on and were very old. Door to main building slammed in the wind all night and people in the apartment above stomping around until after midnight and conversations and phone calls could be heard, We had such a terrible night the first night we packed up and left the next morning we were there for work and couldnt stand to stay another night.
