“Booking.com should stop offering that property”
Garbage near villa, cockroaches inside (you wake in the morning with one on your pillow). Poor quality of cleaning (despite cleaners occupy villa for several hours - clearly doing nothing). Staff is outright stupid (dont speak English, can’t even perform checkout - we waited two hours for the bill at reception and managed to checkout only after scandal). Very noisy, with traffic, gardeners, etc constantly around. Only restaurant, Maria, inside the complex, serve food poisoning with every third meal and third of the menu is not available, leaving you with very little choice. And no one care about your problems. Avoid that place at all costs, real threat to your physical and mental health.

“Amazing”
I love the open space in the house . Really organized and comfortable. The security they have. The pool was amazing and the restaurants. The staff were great Masiel , Anyolina and Osiris were excellent staff.
