“Amazing house in a fantastic location with excellent facilities. We loved our stay!”
There was a bit of confusion initially and we ended up having to collect the keys from the neighbour (or maybe owner). I understand that they had a few bad experiences leading up to our stay so wanted to get eyes on us which is fair enough.
