“Great stay in the countryside of Northern Burgundy, Chablis area.”
We enjoyed a very warm welcome by the two owners. Always available to support. The kids enjoyed the faboulous covered swimming pool in the backyard, Lots of space to play. Next morning a wonderful French breakfast was served outside.

“Well worth detouring to stay here!”
La Demeure d'Othe is a stunning house and guests are genuinely welcomed into the home. We had a beautifully decorated family room with a view over the courtyard. The covered swimming pool was a real bonus as was the guest living-room; where we could sit and relax in the evening with a local beer or glass of wine. Breakfast was a real treat with homemade cakes, yogurt and jams.

What an absolutely gorgeous find! The owners were SO welcoming and friendly, and have made a really lovely space for passing travellers (we stayed on night on our way further south). The pool and garden are delightful and the breakfast in the courtyard was delicious! We would love to stay again :)

“Home from home in the stunning French countryside!”
The property was gorgeous and very nicely decorated with lots of communal areas and a huge garden with climbing frame, toys, wendy house, climbing wall and a covered swimming pool. Heaven for children! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the area was stunning countryside.

We have spent here 3 perfect nights. Situated in the middle of the nature, the house offers a lot of space and comfort, it has a big garden and refreshing pool. A lot of facilities for children also. Breakfast was every day different, Christine made each morning a cake. Christine and Patrick have been very helpfull all the time with lots of advice for activities. They are the perfect hosts! We felt like home and we will come back!

“Peaceful & Tranquil”
Nice period property being carefully and extensively modernised by Patrick and Christine. Exceptionally quiet this tranquil hamlet in the middle of the French countryside surrounded by Sunflower fields. Excellent breakfast with home produce fresh from the garden. Modern fixtures and fittings the only property in France where we have stayed in over 20 years of travel with USB charge points on the wall, excellent WiFi, I can recommend to any Booking.com customer.

Nice, like a large holiday retreat for friends. Great host. Large garden, swimming pool. Living room to read and relax. Pretty isolated, in the country. Good, simple, French-style breakfast, served in the garden
