Very comfortable spacious room, a big garden. Good location as a starting point to going around the Como lake. Very close to the lake with a promenade along the cost. Perfect place for people traveling with animals.

“Great place for a good price”

I loved the location, nice people, peace and quiet and lack of other tourists. Our dog was welcomed and we felt like home. Room is big and comfortable, breakfast delicious and we were asked several times if we would like something more.

“Nice stay and comfortable room with perfect view.”

Perfect scenic location with spacious room. Our kid loved to play in the garden. Good breakfast however we could not enjoy breakfast outside due to cold/rainy weather. Restaurants and bars are walkable distance. Owner helped us with all the information and was super nice. You can walk to the lake in 2-3 mins.

Gian Paulo was fabulous :) Very helpful, accomodating and very hard working. The place is nice and well kept, close to the lake.

Everything was ok, location, room, host.. Nothing to complain, except poor wi-fi sometimes.

Lovely accommodation with beautiful views, a stones throw away from the lake, the pics attached are the view from the bedroom, and the lake which is 2 mins walk from the b&b. The b&b is on the main c10 bus route which is perfect for getting to different towns around the lake. Gianpaolo is an excellent host, very welcoming and puts out a fantastic breakfast spread each morning. Would definitely recommend!

The location was fantastic, really easy to get to by train and then a bus. Easy to travel to other tourist locations. The room was amazing, much bigger than we had anticipated. Gianpaolo was a fantastic host, the breakfasts in the morning were amazing with such great views of mountains.

It is a nice house. and you even have a little lake view. owner is a very nice person.

Everything is perfect here, the hosts were incredibly nice. Don't worry about parking, location, the bed, the breakfast, the surroundings. If you find anything to complain about, go and check your mental health 😬

A good place to stay, although further from the larger settlements, arriving with a car is no problem. Easy and quick access to various places around the lake, good location in the region. Outdoor furniture and a quiet environment separated from the town. Well equipped house, wonderful very filling varied breakfast. In addition to traditional French sweets, there were ham, sausages, and cheeses. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom. The host is very friendly, speaks English perfectly, many good tips. Highly recommend, especially for a few days or a week. We got a great room with great views from a small window to the lake and the mountains. I also recommend the fantastic pizzeria SPLUGA.
