It’s history as a former jail used by the Germans in WW2. It’s very quiet location tucked away down a side street. Very helpful & friendly host.

Good location for exploring Lazio and Abruzzo (free parking in the town)! Sora is a beautiful and very pleasant town with happy people. Our rooms were in very good taste, with authentic atmosphere, the owners very gentle and helpful and with the right recommendations for eating and travelling. The beds were suprisingly extremely comfortable! Certainly worth the money spent and the visit. We are completely satisfied! Our time spent there was not enough!

Directly located to the center of Sora everything has been within walking distance. Furthermore the landlord is a very calm and nice guy who tries to offer his guests the maximum comfort possible!

“Lovely, central, historic stay in an unusual building, with everything you need to explore Sora.”
The location was amazing, you are right in the centre of town and can walk everywhere, but it was still quiet as is just off the busy high street in a cul de sac. Mario was a fantastic host and thanks to his excellent use of Google translate via speaker on his phone everything went really smoothly and he even gave us a guided tour telling us about the history of the building. It is a very historic building. It was built to keep people secure so there isn't much light, but the context is fascinating and there are tasteful, historic touches such as grinding stones and antique furnishings. The bed was large and firm which I like and the shower was powerful. We were there for a wedding so spent most of the day time out and about it was a great base. It was only us and another couple from our wedding party staying there and we had our own breakfast area - it felt very private. Mario stays off the property, but is a WhatsApp away. We parked for free on the street outside, would recommend a small car for the area.

The property is stunning! All rooms and interiors are of very high quality and original style. The space is unique and all facilities impeccable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functional, new and fully equipped. The B&B is located inside an historical Palace in the town's centre. The location is perfect and allows access to all possible amenities. The owner is welcoming, flexible and and very organised.
