“Coming for the second time, 10/10”

Everything was just amazing. This is the second time we’re coming to Lipa and everything is absolutely amazing. This is a quiet, perfect, pet friendly place where you can rest and enjoy. You can barbecue and go to their spa. The houses are specious and extra clean. Hosts are perfect, only nice things to say about them. I’m traveling a lot, these days domestically in Serbia, and there’s not a lot of places where I come back. For this one, we’re gonna come back for the third time too for sure.

“Don't think twice, this place is worth it”

This place is absolutely amazing, it exceeded our expectations. - The host is very welcoming and approachable. - The location is great, the view is amazing, you can easily find the place. It's 30 minutes from AVA shopping center, also 5 minutes from the center of Sopot. And most importantly, 10 minutes from the Kosmaj mountain top. All by car. - There is just enough privacy from the hosts and from the place itself. There are 3 houses in one line, which in the images can seem like there won't be much privacy, but it's exactly the opposite. The house has huge windows which give you the open space feel, but still it's private because there's nothing in front of your house. Perfect for couples and for families as well. - The place was very well equipped with everything you need for a short, and even a long stay. The only think that they don't have is the oven, but they have a microwave, which is similar. Everything else you can imagine - they have. They have free Netflix and you can even rewind the TV channels, so you can watch anything from like 200 channels that exist. - We were looking for a pet-friendly place, and our dog enjoyed the stay. There's a lot of space for running and playing. - We didn't use the spa, but I'm sure the next time we come, we will try it out. It's a separate house that you get fully for yourself when you book it. - Last but not least, everything was VERY VERY CLEAN. Spotless.

“A dream place.”

The location is located near the city of Sopot in a very quiet area with an extraordinary view. The 3 natural wooden houses offer all the comfort to spend a dream stay. Everything is clean, the small kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. We had cold days, but the air conditioning system worked flawlessly on heating. We would gladly come back here. I recommend with confidence. If you want to eat very close to the location, I recommend the restaurant with Serbian specialties, Radovanje.

We have spent a lovely week at Lipa houses. It's very peaceful and relaxing, clean and tidy. The house is bright and sunny. The internet was very good, my partner was working without any probs. And last but not least - Mina is such a great host! If you need anything she is there to help, otherwise she is not going to bother you at all. We will come back again!
