“A wonderful place to stay”
Warm welcome from the host who spoke English and gave us lots of ideas for activities and help throughout stay. Other bedroom was occupied for a few days then we had the flat to ourselves. Excellent bakery a few minutes walk away and other shops close. Metro system 5 minutes walk - trains every 10 minutes into Bilbao. Bus to the beach and back every half an hour until 9:15

“Fabulous apartment in a great location!!”
The bed was really comfy. Anabel the host was amazing. The location was great for getting the metro into Bilbao. 5 minute walk and so peaceful.

“Lovely stay in Bilbao”
We felt very welcomed and enjoyed a really good stay in Bilbao! The location is very quiet and lovely and very well connected to the city center by metro, as well as to the beach by bus or walking. A lot of shops and grocery are in walking distance too.

“Excellent!”
It was a great staying! Located in 3 min walk from metro and 20 min from the beach. Everything is just like on the photos, pretty, very clean and comfortable. There’s everything you need including wash machine and drier and all things you need in the bathroom. The owner is friendly and helpful, very good speaking English. We are highly recommend this host and only sorry for couldn’t stay there longer.

“An extension of home, with comfort and a kind host”
The room and the house are very comfortable, cosy, cute and immaculate clean. And mostly the host Anabel is a great host. She makes you feel welcome, she is friendly and attentive. I got sick the last day of my stay and she allowed to stay longer than the check out time without extra charge, also offered me some medicine. I will never forget her kindness. Sopelana is very nice, quite town, with a nice beach and hiking route along the cliff.

“Great host and perfect stay in Sopela”
Absolutely great host! Very friendly and helpful with everything and perfectly English speaking. The flat has everything you need (even After Sun Gel and a big tea collection, coffee, spices, ...). The bed is very comfortable. Parking at the road in front of the door. Metro station 3 min (very easy even if you don't speak Spanish). Good WIFI. Beautiful landscape. The room could have been a little bigger for us with all of our luggage but with the separate (common) kitchen and living room it was ok and the exceptional friendly host make up for it. We can definitely recommend it and would come again!

“Unexpected gem”
Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! It was our first visit to Basque Country, so we didn't have much expectations. Anabel welcomed us, made a tour around the apartment itself and then walked us through different brochures of what to do and visit in the region. To say we were amazed by how friendly and hospitable she was is to say nothing! The apartment itself is amazing and exceeded our expectations: separate room to chill, kitchen with tea variety - everything to dream for.

“Close to beach (by car) and close to city (by metro)”
Location enables you to visit beautiful beaches to the north by car (free parking in oct) and city of Bilbao by metro. Very good breakfast bakery near by. 2 large enough rooms, 1 with bathroom, 1 with shared bathroom. Living room and kitchen are shared between 3 rooms.
