Disappointing experience. The shower/tub had extremely poor water pressure, making it largely unusable. The checkout follow-up was also unnecessary and rude—two calls within 10 minutes after a late fee had already been applied. We were delayed due to an injury, yet neither the front desk nor room service showed any empathy to understand. Overall, in 20 years of travel, we have not encountered such disappointing lack of customer focus and care.

“Three night stay”

“Lovely hotel. Luxury feel”
A very good looking property with lovely interior decor. Nice bedrooms although very noisy fridge and air con machines (although very effective air con). Lovely location on the waterfront and I expect very busy in the summer. Pool area was nice. Gym very well stocked with machines and weights/cross trainers/bikes/treadmills.

“A very enjoyable, relaxing stay.”
The view from the room was fantastic. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers a variety of tables, inside, outside, with booths etc.
