“Worst Hotel ever and worst staff ever.”

I didn’t have opportunity to be in the hotel because SHE didn’t want to let us in. I was at the hotel at the time but the lady who worked that night didn’t let us in. I was waiting half an hour on the rain with my two year old son. And they took my money and didn’t want to give it back. I am disappointed in the booking.com as well as in the hotel. Total disaster

Nice quiet hotel close to Hochficht ski slopes. The price and quailty were very reasonable for our stay.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Reservation Cancellation and Request for Refund Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent reservation made at your establishment. On 6 jully, I booked a hotel room with the option to pay upon check-in. However, a few minutes after my reservation, I was contacted by phone by one of your employees. This person informed me that she would not be available at the time of my arrival and that I needed to provide my credit card information over the phone to confirm my reservation. Considering this request as unsafe and not in accordance with secure payment practices, I refused to provide my banking information over the phone. Following my refusal, the employee informed me that I would not be able to check in and that my trip would be in vain because she did not have time for me. The conversation was abruptly cut off by the employee, and despite several attempts to call back, I was unable to reach her. I find this situation unacceptable. Not only was I unable to use the services for which I had booked, but my reservation was also arbitrarily canceled without adequate notice. I have yet to receive a refund for this unfairly canceled reservation. I therefore request that you address this complaint and proceed with a full refund of the fees incurred. In the absence of a prompt and satisfactory response from you, I will be compelled to bring this matter to the attention of the relevant authorities and consumer associations to assert my rights. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and inform me of your position as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Anca COMANELEA

The hotel staff was exceptional. We were welcomed with a smile. The check-in process was easy. We were very tired and hungry. Although the hotel was not busy, the restaurant was still open. We felt like we were the only guests ? Perhaps that's true , despite this the gentleman who works at the restaurant was extremely nice and welcoming. The food was amazing 👏 overall. This hotel is simple, welcoming, and clean. You will find everything you need to have a relaxed time.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. The front desk officer stayed back for us extra late till we had arrived. the room was very clean and so big and comfortable and with also with a balcony. the surrounding was idyllic and peaceful.
