““Fresh air, comfort and amazing hospitality ❤️🙌””
The apartment is wonderful! 🏡✨ Everything is newly renovated and very clean 🧼👌. The bathroom is excellent with a great bathtub 🛁✨, and the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped 🍳☕🥗. Located in the attic of the house, it has a special charm 🌟🏠. The balcony is lovely, with a relaxing view 🌅🌳 and plenty of fresh air 🌬️🍃 – perfect for unwinding. Parking is about 50 m away 🚗🅿️, and the house is in a small village surrounded by nature 🌲🌼. Perfect for bike rides into the forest 🚴♂️🍃. The nearest city is Passau – a beautiful, cultural little town with the Danube flowing through it 🏰🌊❤️. The hosts are wonderful and kind people 🤗👏. They welcomed us warmly 💐 and were very helpful. We truly felt like friends rather than just guests ❤️🙌. Highly recommended! 🌟✨

The apartment is well maintained inside with all basic utilities, even though the building is little old. The surrounding is fabulous, scenic and quite. The host is very cordial, friendly and communicates well in English that was plus point for us.

“Short but very nice stay during our long journey”
There is everything you need except for a freezer. Beds were comfortable but better pillows would be nice. Owner was very very helpful. It’s in a very nice village. There is a nice and friendly bakery nearby so you can have your breakfast.

Very good location, the apartment offers all the conditions, it is very clean and has a lot of space. The owners are very kind and ready to answer any request. We would love to come back here in the winter.
