Surrounded by nature with a peaceful atmosphere. Adventure activities also available on site. The private sauna and spa area was luxurious. Great on site food at the restaurant. Well equipped small kitchen in our cottage that allowed us to cook meals. Very comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. Super great value for money!

“A wonderful experience!”

First of all, this is a family-owned and run business. The hosts are very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived late, around 11PM and the host left the keys out for us, but in the end waited for us. We stayed in a room in the main house - btw the main house has a big lobby where you have different activities you can do here - puzzles, a VR set etc. The room was clean and warm. The hot water runs non-stop, so if you are out late, no worries. Breakfast is good and fresh. You can see the aurora very well from here; you have the frozen lake with a lot of open space. I saw a comment mentioning the high price of the sauna service - I tried it and trust me it was over expectations. You have a hot tube outside the house, a path to the frozen lake for a dip and in the house you have a living room with snacks, water, towels, bathrobes, shoes etc, then you have a space in which you can have a shower and then you have the sauna room. The hosts also organise snowmobile trips/tours. Didn't have time to go on one, but it's good to know. All in all, we have only good things to say and are thinking when to go back again:).

“Great quiet stay with”

We stayed at the lakeside house, it was one of the best stay we ever had. Great to have kitchen inside, sauna, heated floor… Staff was really kind. It’s almost necessary to rent a car to get to city centre and around, but it’s worth it. The location is quiet.

“Absolutely perfect stay”

From start to finish, everything about this place was absolutely perfect. The experience was seamless right from the beginning, with private and very detailed explanations provided for everything, which made us feel completely at ease. The location is excellent, around 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city centre, peaceful, scenic, and ideal for a true Lapland experience. They offer a wide range of activities, including snowmobiling and other winter adventures, and it’s great that some activities can also be done independently. It’s especially well-suited for couples looking for a quiet and special getaway. There is a private sauna available (at an additional cost), and the pricing for everything was very reasonable. A lovely surprise was that breakfast was included with the stay, which added even more value to the experience. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about, everything was flawless. Highly, highly recommended. A perfect stay in every sense!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Room 5 was magical, just a few steps from the frozen lake, which created an enchanting atmosphere. The accommodation was very well equipped, with a stunning view. Everything was perfectly prepared: the sauna, the kitchen, the heating… all very cozy and comfortable. A truly amazing experience, we loved every moment!

One of the best stays in our all Europe tour. Perfect homeowners, great activities. Must try snowboard. Also we had an amazing aurora view from this facility. Extremely recommended if you got a car.
