The staff reception staff are young and keen to help with advice on the city and local area. The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and AC worked well.

During the recent flood in Hatyai, we couldn't make it to return to the Hotel, but the Hotel staff was very handy and kind by helping us to send off our stuff at Hatyai Airport where all the flood victims assembled (including packing all of our belongings inside our luggage). The location at Old Town Songkhla was perfect if you want to experience old traditional styles and historical culture particularly the Chinese influences with trade and building styles. This hotel has it all 😊 it is like walking back in time one hundred years, it is a museum of old genuine antiques and photos of the locals from years gone by.

Location was great, the staff very welcoming. The ambience of the hotel exceptional and very clean. Bed comfortable and bathroom facilities in our room very nice. Would highly recommend this venue. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended.

“Museum-level pretty!”
This accommodation was initially the main reason for me to stay in Songkhla, it just looked soooo pretty on the website. Songkhla turned out to be fun as well, but the hotel was just delicious! Every room is different and I was given a choice between a few colour palettes and designs. The room is comfortable, the bed enormous, it really is like staying overnight in a museum! Breakfast isn't included but if you choose to order one, it is yummy and truly enormous! The staff is super helpful, they really are. Thank you 🙏

“A very enjoyable stay in a heritage property full of character with a warm welcome.”
Not a lot of foreign visitors so mainly Thai food for breakfast.The quantity was very generous & quality excellent and varied. A little more western food & tea & fresh coffee would be appreciated. Although the staff didn’t speak a lot of English we managed to communicate. There was a great welcome & particularly the manager went out of her way to assist us at all times.The position of the hotel was excellent. We changed rooms to a larger & quieter room as we were staying a few days.

The location is great! The old town is very close, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The hotel also has a really nice atmosphere, as it’s built in a beautiful traditional style. The area is also very safe and quite in the night.

I really like the quality materials used in the old expensive material decor here. It's amazing how they've managed to use old luxury materials and turn this into such a beautiful and unique hotel. And the name of the hotel is SONG KHA TEA RAEK, mean .............Song kha Antiques..
