There was an error between booking.com and the establishment and the apartment admin. had no knowledge that we were coming. It was dealt with but with a terrible attitude - as if it was our fault. Luckily, we could provide the booking and payment confirmation. Such a pity, because the apartment itself was lovely. Would think twice before encountering this experience again.
