Pleasant stay with a convenient location. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, good value for the price.

“My first choice of stay, room very comfortable and clean.”
Breakfast had a lot of choices for omnivores and not so much for vegans. This was our fourth stay at Kaserne hotel and every time I have fed back that it would be so helpful to have allergens clearly labelled. Disappointing that this has not been dealt with.

“Practical and comfortable stay with full self-service”
Very good location, close to the bay, city center and main road/highway. Nice historical building with a charm, well renovated and clean. Good breakfast. Kitchenette with hot drinks available non-stop in the hotel. Efficient self-service check-in/check-out.

Nice quiet location, great breakfast. Very detailed checkin/check out information made it easy to find. Free Parking spots are nearby, a short walk away.

Clean, spacious room with a nice sitting area. Nice bedding. Missing a foot towel and shower gel for the shower, but I was able to use the available shampoo instead. Easy check-in, lots of information before arrival, so everything was clear. Good standard breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely, choice was good. Room was clean and functional, if somewhat basic. Bed was comfortable. Entry system code worked well. Good shower.

No way to enter the breakfast room and no explanation either. All doors have codes, none of them went for the breakfast. So we didn't actually get a breakfast. Room was very poor, bright lights outside and the blinds did not block the light so it was too much light in the room throughout the night (see picture of Window in the middle of the NIGHT!). Also lots of blinking LEDs everywhere, specially the cupboard. And above all everything could do with a lick of paint. It is cheap but it is not good. More like a hostel that costs 30 Euros per night than a Hotel. Avoid.
