“Stylish apartment in charming villa with stunning views over Iseo Lake”

The villa is absolutely unique: stylish and beautifully located, with breathtaking views on Lago Iseo and large garden with olive trees and cypresses. It has only three apartments, which makes the atmosphere intimate and pleasantly peaceful. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated. The owner was exceptional – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The view was out of this world- even more amazing than in the pictures. The apartment was huge and we had lots of space for our family of four. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The owner is currently developing this property but this didn’t take anything away from our experience. We can see that it will be even more amazing in time. It felt like we were staying in a mansion. We stayed for two nights during our trip around Europe and didn’t mind the short drive down to the restaurants. It was also a very short drive to the port to catch the ferry to Monte Isolo. We loved that Lorenzo sells the products he makes from his own olive groves. Our home smells just like our time at Lake Iseo as we bought a reed diffuser. Thank you for greeting us and for restaurant recommendations. We hope to return next time we visit Italy.

Where to start? The stunning view of the lake is really unique. Since the villa is a bit higher op the mountain you have a clear view of a major part of the lake and of the Island. What a great scenery to wake up to, to have breakfast, to relax, to have dinner by... Then the villa itself. Also unique – recently built but according to old principles to make it look and feel very majestic. And finally the host Lorenzo who was extremely helpful with tips for things to do (windsurfing, climbing the nearby mountains...) and places to visit. On top he is one of the gentlest Italians you can find 😊 Highly recommended!

Lorenzo is a super caring host and always willing to help. The view is stunning and we could relax in the peaceful and beautiful surrounding. The Appartement is well equipped (floor heating, kitchen…), clean and cosy. We are sure the place will be even more beautiful after the renovation of the public terrace will be finished. Thanks Lorenzo (and Bill). We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our vacation at Villa Helene.

The host Lorenzo is a very nice man and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. You can count on him. The view from the rooms and terrace is breathtaking!!! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a dog. The green areas are huge, you can let your dog run free. It is not only a great place for people but also for animals.

Beautiful apartment with a breath taking view. Quiet place with a huge garden with olive trees. The owner was very kind and friendly. He gave us many good recommendation. There are a few good restaurants near by and also local supermarket. We traveled with our dog and even him was super happy there :-). We will be back in a spring time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Helène and it was truly a unique and amazing experience. The view of Lake Iseo from the villa is simply unbelievable, making every moment breathtaking. The spacious room was not only comfortable but also well-appointed, and the expansive garden outside is a paradise for anyone traveling with kids or dogs. What truly sets this place apart is the wonderful host, Lorenzo. He's not only kind and friendly but goes above and beyond to make your stay special.
