Clean and spacious rooms, nice host family. 2 rooms per shared bathroom, which is good. Nice area in front of the rooms. Would stay again! :) good location in San Pedro.

“Fantastic views and big room”
My partner and I stayed here for just over a week whilst attending a Spanish School and loved how big the room was and how the open balcony and rooftop had fantastic views of the lake. It was very good value for money and the location was ideal as it was only a 10min stroll into the main area whilst being slightly removed from all the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro. Imelda was absolutely lovely and was patient whilst we tried our best to communicate in our broken Spanish.

“Best value stay in San Pedro!”
Best value accomodation in San Pedro, feels very local but is only a 5-10 minute walk from Gringolandia. The view of the lake from the balcony is amazing and Imelda and her family were so friendly and welcoming during our stay.

Imelda is a legend and hilarious. Great views of the lake. 5-8 min downhill walk to the strip if you're into that kinda thing. Spot on.

Senora Imelda is a lovely woman and really welcomed us. It was nice to stay with a family. The view of the lake from the balcony and bedroom was gorgeous. It was incredible value for money. There was no sign over the door but Imelda sent us several photos on Booking so that we could find it
