“Very nice”
The room was clean and tidy, the staff were hospitable and the breakfast was very good. This hotel is not in the city but there's bus stop just outside the hotel, and it's very convenient to take a taxi.

“Potential to be a great hotel if they use guest feedback for improvements”
The rooms and hotel look very modern and new. Overall most of the room was clean despite some hiccups. The breakfast was great with good choices and we were excited to have a buffet breakfast after 6 weeks in Central Asia and eat to our hearts content. Water dispenser in lobby was helpful. Staff tried to rectify the issues of the first room with a small gift that we couldn’t take but we appreciate the gesture.

Reception of hotel tried to let us pay for registration. 5$ each. During our 30 day trip in Uzbukistan this hotel was the only hotel to charge for registration.

“Although we let them know in advance that we were coming they sold our room.”
When we arrived the hotel reception , the receptinonist told us that our reservation was valid and made us wair for more than an hour. However, as we waited it turned out that our room was sold and the hotel was full. They admitted this after making us wait in the reception long after midnight. Finally almost all hotels were full in Taşkent due to Newroz Festival. After hours they found another hotel for us which was not suitable for us and was more expensive and one of us had to sleep on the couch. Our Tashkent trip was spoiled because of them. “Great hotel on a highway!”
The inside is a real palace! Everything is clear, the staff is polite and helpful! Breakfast is very good (buffet style, there are hearty and light food, so you can choose what you want). Laundry is a bit expensive but works very well! 👍 There also are few good restaurants near there. And a small bakery with a very tasty bread

September 2022, everything is shining new. The rooms and the facilities are perfectly comfortable, and the rich breakfast is a bonus. The chief manager of the hotel pays attention to every detail and he's always there to help you out if you need.
