“Will choose other options next time”
Hotel asks to book in advance your preferable time for the breakfast, but when you arrive it’s a mess, crowded, and nobody is checking, and if you’re not a guest there’s no control. The parking is too expensive and small. They blame Aimo, but it’s the hotel who signed the deal with Aimo. During the weekend you have only the possibility to pay a full day, or full weekend, and I did it when arrived; I went to the city and when returned it was full, and only possibility was underground, where you need another parking code and pay once more. And forget about parking on the street: it’s even more expensive! So it’s better if you pay a bit more in another hotel but with a fare parking price or where you can park on the street.

“Bad experience!”
Very bad experience! We sat at the reception for a long time, because the room was not ready, they said we would have a room on the eighth floor, but they gave us a room on the tenth floor, which was not the family room that I had booked! In the end they gave us a room on the fifth floor, it was supposed to be a double bed room with a sofa bed, instead of a sofa bed there was a folding bed! Everything was worn out, the walls, the ceiling, mirror in bathroom were in poor condition! There was no ventilation in the room! And in general, almost the entire staff consisted of a very rude people! The first and hopefully the last such a negative experience for us :(

“Regret.”
1. Breakfast is not as good as its competitor nearby( competitor has more less the same price , location is within 2 KMs) - 1.1 bread are not taste, dry and cold. 1.2. Tomato are not sliced, not possible to go with the bread...... 1.3 Limited choices. 2. You gave me the worse room ever. I booked the family room to see the fireworks in the new year eve (from booking.com), and you gave me the lowest floor ( 4th floor) and the worse view ever ! - all I can see from my window was the entrance of your conference hall.

“My stay was not as I expected.”
I did not feel comfortable. The room was cold. Beds were not very good. The basin was stuck. If I stay in hotel, I often choose Scandic. This time my experience was not good.

Really great value for money, fantastic location. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff were really helpful. As someone who does not speak Swedish I had no issues communicating, and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

“Nice walking distance to Friends Arena and good experience.”
How the hotel staff made the enire weekend really fun for swifties as we probably occupied most of the rooms. Music playing in the lobby and restaurant and the staff was really helpful with transportation.
