Good view from the dining room and buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent riojas at reasonable prices for an hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel with a stunning view when having a drink/breakfast. Close to the bus top for the N3/N4. Smells great and super cosy! Can easily book a shuttle straight up to go ski and they will fetch you later in the afternoon.

“"Super Jordi" the best manager”

This is a great hotel, I have been about 5 times. Good location and regular ski bus to the lift in Soldeu. The staff are all great and very helpful, but the manager Jordi is on another level. This guy never stops, he is always theer if you need anything and such a nice guy. The safe did not work, Jordi repaired it, the buffet, Jordi checks it, He is also driving the shuttle bus when required. Jordi is not just a manager he is a hands on "Super Jordi"

The staff are fantastic. Our problem was a room below the main kitchen, noisy and non stop ventilator at night, It's a nice hotel, well placed and the ski shuttle is a big plus. Its our second trip and bad luck with the room aside, I can recommend for It's warm welcome decent buffet and location.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa after a day hiking and ate in the bar a couple of times, which was fun. Good atmosphere and facilities. Room was very comfortable. We felt well looked after.

Everything, including the Spa facilities at very affordable price for the whole family. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, good food at evening buffet and breakfast!

“Fantastic staff”

This might have been one of the greatest holidays I've been on. The staff was the nicest people I've ever encountered while travelling. Mateo, Matias, Mauricio, Mellie, Juliane (Hope I spelled everything right), all of them, even the ones I have forgotten. They all made our stay unforgettable, and the reason why we might even return to the hotel. 10/10 service, smiling all the time, and willing to talk.
