Breakfast and dinner are very good. Room is clean and warm. Bed is comfy with firm mattress. Location is superb - very close to ski lifts.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed in a good size room. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good with a great varieties and changes every night. Their dog leila is super cute and friendly, making the hotel homey and more personal.

Great location, walking distance to the ski lift. Great breakfast and dinner. We will come back for sure.

Close to the lifts and everything. My room and bathroom was spacious, in excellent condition and with very comfortable beds. Good food in the restaurant (not Micheline-starred but large selection and very filling), ski locker (not heated) and PC-size room safe available for €10 deposit each. Very quite at night. Bus stop to Andorra-la-Vella at 30 sec walk. Very helpful staff. I had 3 different reservations for my stay and they managed to keep me in the same room. I will return!

Friendly receptionist. Good location, 5 minutes' walk to the ski lift. Excellent, delicious dinner. Clean room. The lack of parking isn't a negative, as there's public indoor parking 5 minutes away with an elevator to the ski lift and ticket office. We'll definitely return to this hotel. All 10/10

Close to the mountain lift, tasty food and it has a bath

Great location, 2 min by walk to Soldeu lifts. I can suggest half board people who is skiing and doesn’t want to search restaurants etc. Stuff so friendly and their dog Laila is sweet-natured :)

Everything was great! The location is a few hundred meters from the elevator, the small grocery store is just across the road.

“Perfect option to escape summer heat while on a budget”

This is a fabulous budget hotel. Exactly what I was looking for to escape a few days of 40 degree heat in Toulouse! I was particularly impressed with the awareness of potential noise from other rooms. The TV volume doesn't go up very loud and I was given a room with no neighbours - without having to ask (i know this isn't always possible if they are busy). There is always something to eat or drink there at very good prices breakfast, dinner... . They can't guarantee parking but if you ask they will see if they have a space in their garage. Reception are warm and friendly while remaining professional. Everything very clean. Absolutely superb and I hope to be back soon.
