“With just a small amount of effort, this could easily receive an almost top rating.”
We were very satisfied with our stay in Andorra, a simple and straightforward apartment, but: The following items were missing, which we believe should be provided before a rental: toilet paper, paper towels, a dish brush, cleaning cloths, a scrubbing brush, and dishwashing liquid for handwashing cups. In short, absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay and to carry out basic cleaning was missing.

“Basic accommodation, fair value. Difficult to recommend...”
Entry/Exit from the car park was difficult... impossible to get to the lower level - our car is 5.2m long, ramps are very tight! Equipment in the apartment was sparse, almost no cooking utensils etc

“Nice apartments close to Soldue”
The apartment size was good and the facilities good. Staff were very accomadating. Getting a code to enter the building, car park and room was excellent especially when arriving late.

Very easy to find and get into the apartment. On the day of check in the host sent a step by step video of how to find the apartment entrance, parking, bin store and how to get in. Very useful as we arrived in Andorra at midnight so visibility wasn't the best and no one was around to direct us.

The Check-in was very easy and the host was very nice. We enjoyed the location as we visited Andorra to go hiking. It was easy to find and warm enough. Moreover, the communication between the host and the guest was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay!
