The apartment was bright, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view. The location was excellent, and it had everything we needed. There was also a convenience store nearby. Communication with the host was outstanding—he was very friendly, responded quickly, and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

Great location! Fantastic sea views from 17th floor! Room was very clean and tidy, great to have a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Able to walk to avail village, lighthouse observatory and also sunrise rock.

Had wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you could possibly need, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The balcony with a sea view was a real highlight, especially with the most beautiful sunrises each morning. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was easy and smooth via WhatsApp. If you prefer not to stay in a hotel, this is an excellent alternative. I would definitely book again!

“Excellent location and stay”
This is a wonderful accommodation option for a few nights. The studio unit fronts overlooks the beach, and as such, receives direct morning sun. The unit is fully equipped for a long stay, with great toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and both a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is small, but functional, with limited utensils, and a full fridge/freezer. With the location being beach-front, you have direct access to a range of restaurants (best of all is Hollys Cafe, which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner starting at 8am). There is an electric bike station just metres from the front door, however, if you want normal bikes, the nearest option is one of the rental agencies 2km away at the inland lake (which is a great place to bike around as it is closed to traffic). We loved our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wanting a quality stay!

“Perfect stay”
The location was perfect!!! The view was extremely nice for this amount of money. Also, we did not see any staff because of the convenient self check-in, but the staff sent very kind messages and explained very well. The facilities in the room left nothing to wish for, everything you need is there. We had a perfect stay!

The property was well-designed and spotless. The sea view was fantastic and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and all the info we required. Great stopover for Seoraksan National Park, and some fab seafood shacks right outside

Great ocean view, easy checkin, comfortable and clean. Washing machine and tumble dryer worked perfectly and were both extremely quiet. Small kitchen is adequate.

“Relaxing”
The room was really clean/ new and had all the things we needed ( electrical appliances, cleaning supplies, etc). The views from the room were also so breathtaking, being on the 17th floor and facing the ocean. Other than that, it was also so convenient, as it was so close to so many food choices and convenience stores, and even the bus terminals.

Perfect location, right next to the beach with the most epic 17th floor view of the sunrise. Spotlessly clean with washer/dryer and equipped kitchen. Amazing value and such an enjoyable stay.
