“Excellent hotel”
Hotel location close to train station important for me as that is how I travelled. Less than 15mins walk to city centre. Hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. Contained everything I required. Bed was comfortable, room had plenty of storage and bathroom had walk-in shower, simple to use with plenty of hot water. Actions speak louder than words, so the next time i'm in the area I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Very happy with our stay at DECK 8 DesignHotel.Soest. We stayed in room 124. We travelled over from Ireland with a large group of family & friends for our daughters Wedding. We had a lovely stay from Thursday 4th June to Sunday 7th June 2026. The staff were very friendly and were able to assist when assistance was required. Booked a double room for 2 adults & an adjoining room for our 2 sons,. My mother had a beautiful larger room. She stayed in (ROOM 308) on the third floor with a lovely balcony. Hotel was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay in Soest. All the staff were very helpful. Excellent choices for breakfast each day.

Location excellent as it was only a 5 minute walk to the train station which took us to Düsseldorf airport.

“security concerns but nice stay overall”
the overall interior was nice including the bathroom, the room was modern and well designed. staff at the front desk was really accommodating and nice, which I appreciated.

“Excellent choice for a stay in Soest”
We had a comfortable boarding room (with a kitchenette including a dishwasher). Very quiet surrounding. Even the nearby train station is not disturbing. We could check in late at night thanks to a full automatic check-in terminal at the entrance. The receptionist was only present until 4 PM. Plenty of free parking space is offered.

“Perfect location for the town and station if you want to travel.”
Great location for the railway station and the town. Literally a 5 minute walk into the town with lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and contemporary, shower was good. Breakfast was excellent

“A comfortable and happy stay.”
Wonderful staff who helped us with inquiries about historical family connections. Big comfortable rooms and the hotel is located close to the historical centre and the train station. An excellent breakfast.
