“A great experience”
Accomadation is modern and spacious, spa was great with sauna ceremony. Bowling alley in the evening was a fun addition, more add ons available, will return for beer spa.

One of the most buatiful places I have been to. Wonderful historical complex with everything You need and dream of... private park with a pond, outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzi (outdoor high on the terrace and indoor, too), HQ wellness, very good food, coffee and wine, sport opportunities, very nice staff, and all this in calm nature. The rooms were clean, well designed and comfortable. Absolutely recommend.

“Great spa stay”
Best facilities and organization I have seen in Czech Republic. Everything was arranged to make the guests' and the staff's lives as easy as possible. The wellness area was great and the swimming area designed to maximise the view and relaxation. Having the underground corridor available to move between hotels was great! And so was the chipped bracelet to access the wellness and charge drinks. Good coffee at wellness Sidonie. Zamek Klein was incredible, kudos to whoever did the restoration and refurbishment. Everything was new but done in barouque style down to the smallest detail. Thanks to the staff for the clear communication to minimise any discomfort caused by the big company event ongoing at the resort.

The resort has very good facilities for people with children, including swimming pool, playroom, playground, half pension. At the same time it is not a typical children resort. So both parents and children can be satisfied :). They were able to accommodate early check-in for us which I appreciate.

“Best Resort in the Czech Republic!”
This is by far the best resort in the Czech Republic. I don't even know where to begin in describing how amazing it was to stay here. The food at all the locations in the resort was fantastic! The ski slope was running even though there hasn't been snow so we got to ski (all the ski staff where amazingly friendly with us and accommodated 3 English Adults who had never skied before. What an amazing lesson we had and such a great time staying around the slope in general). The wellness center blew my mind, it is truly something to experience... I would drive all the way back just to have another day at the saunas. There is so much to do here and we only scratched the surface in our 4 night stay. Great for kids of all ages! They have baby chairs at all the eating spots and they have a room with people to watch them for you if you need a break! I can't stress enough just how amazing this place is. The scenery, the vibe in the quiet cozy town! I will be coming back very soon!

Really nice place, room air conditioning , pool/sauna incl., helpful staff, sufficient and tasty breakfast/dinners. We really enjoyed it and hope will return soon.
