I paid, went, and they didn't give me a room. I've sent several emails to Booking.com and the hotel, and nobody is taking responsibility.

The room was modern and spacious.

The workout room and it was close to my work.

“It was great, besides I'll be stay the rest of the month here.”

The bed and pillows are excellent. The towel rack needs to be anchored correctly to the wall.

I did not stay here because when I arrived the woman at reception said it was only a weekly accommodation and I couldn't stay one night. This was at 7.30 pm and I had arrived from Ireland, on my own, and could not phone anyone. I asked to be connected to the wifi so I could what's app my friend but she did not allow me to. Luckily there was a fast food restaurant near so I asked them could I connect to wifi and they allowed me. The money had been taken out of my account and after a lot of dispute and emails with booking.com , it was returned to my account 9 days later. Booking.com should not have this accommodation on their site.

“Horrible desk clerk.”

We didn't get to stay there. We arrived around the time I said we would. Between 6 and 7. There was no one there to check us in. There was a lady behind the desk but she was not the clerk and could not check us in. She did not know where the clerk was and suggested we call the number on a flyer that was on the desk. We assumed they were on the property helping someone. I called the number and Alison Gibbons answered. Her first question was how long we had been waiting. I told her 4 or 5 minutes and she seemed truely annoyed that I had called. I told her who I was and that we were there to check in. She proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to have been there at 3 and she had waited for me . I am not sure how our arrival time got set at 3 because I knew we would not be there until later. She told me she was not on the clock and that I was supposed to have been there already and on and on. She did say that I could wait in the lobby and watch TV until she could come and check me in. I told her that I had an agenda for that evening and would really like to get to my room. She continued on about how I should have been there already. I simply told her that I was through with the conversation so she could finish what she was doing and come check us in. She called me back and asked me if I was the CEO of Uptown suites. I told her no and she preceeded to tell me how disrepectful I had been to her. I had not been disrespectful at all. In fact I thought I was being quite patient for someone waiting to get checked into a room I was paying for and for listening to her admonishing me for not being there at 3. I did not say that to her though. She proceeded to tell me that she was not going to come check us in at all. So, we left and went to get a room at the Hilton Garden in a few minutes away. We had chosen Uptown for the location. It was the closest to our appointment that evening and the next day. We never stayed there.

The room was clean (including the bed and the towels), all the essentials were present (towels, soap, shampoo, micro-wave, fridge...). All the equipments (TV, shower, micro-wave, fridge ...) worked well. The receptionnists were kind. The fitness center is complete and the equipment also work well. Well situated. The room was spacious.

Staff was super friendly! WiFi is good and location worked well for me.
