Only 10 minutes drive from the lakes, entrance1. Dragana's advice and recommendations were invaluable, and she arranged our activities so we could go kayaking. The apartment was lovely, clean, and comfortable for our group of 5 adults, with a great view down the valley and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it if you are looking to explore the Plitvice lakes.

“Hope to visit Apartment Rosandić again!”
Our family's stay at Apartment Rosandić in the small village of Smoljanac was even better than we expected. Dragana was a very helpful host, who met us to explain everything and offered a larger house option as it was available, and also gave useful tips for the local area. We still stayed in the Apartment which we booked and it was a good size for 6 adults. This is the perfect location close to Plitvice Lakes NP by car and there are some restaurants nearby too. The best part was the outdoor seating and fireplace for cooking and relaxing in summer.

“Memorable stay near the National Park :)”
Apartment was located really close to the National Park and when the host said its only 5 minutes to the park, it really was! This cozy apartment has everything you need and the rooms are spacious, though it was a little squeezy in the living area for the 6 of us! It also has everything you need in the kitchen! House is also located in a pretty area where there is just such a beautiful view! My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Dragana was very responsive and friendly. She let us upgraded the rooms free of charge because it was available. She also provided a lot of information to enjoy the area. The apartment is clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend this place and would book it again if I come back in the area.

“Perfect”
Very nice location near plitvici falls. All amenities are near. Very friendly host who offered us a larger apartment than originally booked because we were with six people and other clients had cancelled. The host even bought us a birthday cake because it was our daughters birthday. Very friendly dog 😊

“Geust House near of Plitvice National Park”
It was a well-maintained garden and a well-prepared guest house. The owner, Dragana, was kind and enthusiastic in guiding the guests, and it was very close to Plitvice National Park, making it easy to reach Gate 1. We bought five jars of honey that the owner’s father personally produces. The honey is really delicious and of high quality.

We spent 2 nights at Apartment Rosandić during our Croatian trip. And we stood very suttisfied! Apartment locates just 10 min to drive from Plitvice lake entrance, but at same time in quite place away from noisy roads. Also host can give useful advices for Plitvice lakes visit. All was clean, comfortable and sunny :) Thanks for Dragana and Jagoda for their hospitality and assistance.

“Beautiful setting and comfortable”
Great location for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The apartment has three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The living area and kitchen are small but were ok as there was only three of us. The outlook from the apartment is beautifully. The hosts were amazing. Provided great information about the path to take at the lakes.

“Stunning apartment in a cute village near Plitvace”
The apartment was on a family property in a cute village only 15 minutes from Plitvace National park. The host was so lovely and had excellent contact via WhatsApp and met us on arrival to check us in. Recommended a lovely local restaurant within walking distance which we thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee and some tea left for us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay when visiting the lakes. The garden was beautiful and nice to sit at the outside table for lunch.
