“Disappointed”
Received a message that they will not be able to accommodate me due to technical reasons on the morning of the stay. As I had already started a several day hiking trip, had to scramble to find a different place to sleep for the night. I realize that I booked the room only the previous day, but it showed as available and the booking was confirmed. After receiving the rejection I checked and several rooms still showed as available on the site.
