Friendly and warm welcome to the room I stayed in it was clean and tidy I could not speak there language but the people seemed to understand me the breakfast was perfect and it was more than I wanted to eat

A cosy, well maintained and exceptionally clean guest house. Friendly and attentive to detail staff, spacious bathroom, good quality breakfast, and also a lovely garden for a nice relaxing evening after a day of sightseeing in the region :)

Good wifi, private parking (was also able to put my motorcycle in garage), good breakfast, good AC (would be good if was able to make it colder), bed is very comfortable you don't want to get out of it in the morning, has kettle outside the room, good beautiful location, has TV but it's a bit small, good soundproofing, good staff

This is an excellent place to stay in the area. Situated on the bank of Nemunas, in a once busy, but now quaint little border town of Smalininkai. The hosts have excelled in making us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and had an AirCon - an important feat in a hot summer! Area was quiet, nothing disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was ample with good selection of cold cut meats and cheeses, lovely dark rye bread. An egg omelette was made in a traditional East Prussian style and was delicious. Pancakes with ricotta and fresh strawberries was absolutely best. The most important bit - the hosts went over and above to help us out and got us out of the tricky situation and helped us to get to Smalininkai in comfort and safety. One cannot attribute a price tag to this. Thank you very much- we will be back!
