“Ramble at the Brambles”
A quiet and comfortable retreat, close-by to Sligo attractions, the host Noelle was incredibly friendly and had plenty of recommendations for us as we explored the area. Very gracious and accomodating as she took the time to chat with us. And of course, Daisy, Noelle’s dog, was the star of the show! Highly recommend you stay at the Brambles.

After a really warmth welcome, Noelle gave us a lot of recommandations what we could visit around her home. The location she told us that we should go for dinner was the view really great and the food delicious. Breakfast was more than enough and she served a very good bread. Everything was clean and comfortable. We'll come back, if there is a chance to.

The owner was very friendly, spent lots of time informing us of the area, things to do, places to eat and nearb trips. Upon leaving we were given a lovely fruit bag and present for my wife (birthday).

“Quiet country refuge”
Part of a traditional house, far from the madding crowd deep in the lush green countryside. A quiet, slightly quirky refuge; comfortable bright and clean with a friendly and obliging host and a large gentle dog. Good breakfast but would need to drive for evening meal.

“Relaxing, enjoyable and highly recommendable”
Our hostess was very bubbly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Close to beach and Sligo township. Overall, a great quiet place to stay. Maybe tea and coffee and kettle in the room but other than that a great place.

“Would highly recommend would have been nice to be staying longer.”
Picturesque cottage, bubbly welcoming host, very cute friendly dog. Noelle was a very generous host only too happy to share her home with us and to share her local knowledge with suggestions of things to do & see. We felt very comfortable staying there.
